New patients complete a brief health history form. You can fill it out online before your visit to save time.

Consultation

Your urologist will review your history, perform any needed exam, and discuss diagnostic next steps — all in one visit when possible.

Treatment Plan

We'll present a clear, personalized plan and answer every question before you leave. No pressure, no rush.

Insurance & Payment

We accept most major insurance plans. Our front desk team will verify your coverage before your visit and explain any out-of-pocket costs upfront.

Self-pay and cash-pay options are also available for uninsured patients.
